Elyse Alleman has been designing wedding flowers in Central Pennsylvania since 2010 — over 500 weddings and counting. When you book Plenty of Petals, she's the one you'll sit down with, and the one who designs your flowers.
Raised around weddings.
Elyse grew up in the wedding business. Her mother, Karen, got into weddings and events in 1995 with Karen's Catering, which grew into Harmony Hall and later Harmony Hall Estate. (The venue has since been sold and is known today as Heritage Hall and Gardens.) Weddings were part of Elyse's life long before flowers became her work.
In 2010, Elyse took over the space of a florist who was retiring and opened her own business. She and Devon Alleman have run Plenty of Petals together as co-owners ever since, and more than 500 weddings later, she still designs every one around the couple in front of her.

Ask Elyse what she loves most about this work and the answer is always the same: helping a bride bring her vision to life. That's where our motto comes from. You bring the photos, the colors, and the feeling you're after; she turns them into flowers that look the way you imagined.
She's proud of every arrangement that leaves the studio, from a single boutonniere to a ceremony arch. But her favorite moment of any wedding is the same one every time: handing the bride her bouquet and seeing her reaction.
